Aldo Luongo first burst onto the contemporary art scene in the late 1960s and early 1970s with multiple reproductions of his black & white drawings. Not only were these prints released to great critical acclaim, they were a huge commercial success as well. Aldo had put himself on the map as a major international artist.

Now, almost 40 years later, Luongo has chosen to pay homage to his “roots” with a new series of black & white limited-edition prints, mounted on board. His incredible talent as a draftsman has never been more apparent – the passion and skill portrayed in these drawings are the actual core basis of his paintings. Many collectors have remarked that owning a Luongo black & white is an essential part of their collection.
